What is Performance Edge Fitness and Conditioning?

A company dedicated to providing its clients inspiration to attain their goals through motivation, education, and perseverance. Performance Edge Fitness and Conditioning combines the knowledge of its multi-disciplinary team to provide clients with the opportunity to develop athletic performance, enhance injury rehabilitation and prevention, and create opportunities to achieve their ultimate goals. Jason Dvorak, RMT, NSCA-CPT

 

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and Muscle Balance and Function Practitioner, Jason has been working with junior and elite athletes for 12 years. He has developed programming for the Oregon State University Men's Golf team, Mitch Gillis (CanPro Golf), Collin Fraser (AHL/NHL), and the Surrey Knights Swim Club. As owner of Performance Edge Fitness and Conditioning, Jason is dedicated to providing programming that educates and challenges each individual to their maximum potential.

 

Dr. Grant O'Neill, DC

 

Katie Foster, BSC (Hon) Physiotherapy, BSC (Hon) Sport and Exercise Sciences

 

A registered physiotherapist with sports dedication and qualified in sports massage, Katie has worked with elite sports teams and athletes for 7 years, ranging from professional ice hockey to commonwealth sprinters.  Katie trained at Cardiff University in Wales, UK.
